Whilst the political scene is getting more tense in the run up to the discussion of several highly controversial law proposals, the Centre for Mediterranean and International Studies (CEMI) and NIMD organized a conflict mediation training for political parties, 15-16 December in Tunisia.

After positive explorative visits and discussions with the South Sudanese political parties throughout 2012, NIMD organised a first multi-party activity with the parliamentary political parties in South Sudan on 27-28 November 2012.
