Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy

In the week of January 19 to January 24, 2003 the Institute for Multiparty Democracy had the pleasure of hosting a party of 35 visitors from Guatemala, Bolivia, Tanzania, Mozambique and Ghana.

The visitors were invited to get insights in the evolution of the political system in The Netherlands, to share information about campaigning strategies and techniques, the party political system, the functioning of parliament and general information about the current policy priorities of The Netherlands, and to strengthen the relations between IMD and its partners in the programme countries.
