At the request of NIMD, an external team of assessors undertook an evaluation of the NZA-NIMD programme in Mozambique from 9 to 31 July 2003. The objectives of the evaluation were to measure the results achieved and, if possible, the impact of the programme in relation to its initial objectives; to review the programmatic processes, including the form of the co-operation, the administrative procedures and the role of the representation and the partnership with other organisations, and to indicate any lessons which could be learned.
