Empowering citizen leaders (English version)

Together with the African democracy institute IDASA and the Africa Forum, NIMD has presented the initiative for Leadership and Democracy in Africa (iLEDA) at the European Development Days in Stockholm, Sweden.

Representatives of 36 political parties from Eastern and Southern Africa, meeting on November 25th and 26th, 2004 in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, agreed to further their cooperation.
