This week NIMD held a two day reflection session to assess impacts so far and discuss strategies for the coming two years.
This year's reflection days benefited from the presence of a visiting African delegation who were at the NIMD office in The Hague for the ESARP regional round table.
The aim of the NIMD Reflection Days is to jointly conduct a mid-term review on the progress made against the objectives stated in the NIMD multi-annual plan. Participants working in various break out groups and plenary sessions took stock of key NIMD impacts and achievements. A critical review of main gaps, dilemma’s and challenges for remaining two years was also undertaken.
