Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy

International IDEA Secretary-General, Vidar Helgesen, and the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD) Executive Director, Hans Bruning, announced a new strategic partnership between their two organisations in the area of democracy cooperation.

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs has allocated € 30,177,500 to the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD) for the coming 4 years. NIMD tendered for the Political Parties Fund II in August this year. The subsidy framework entails the period of 2012 - 2015.
