From November 28 to December 3 representatives of the political parties in Kenya visited South Africa to study their experience with constitutional and electoral reform.

A controversial change of leadership in the ruling party ANC culminated in the resignation of President Mbeki and a number of other ministers in 2008.

Working with the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) in Johannesburg, NIMD supports an interparty dialogue platform, bringing together representatives from eight parties.
